Q is for Queen...

Queen of Procrastination that is! According to dictionary.com website procrastination is a noun and means: the act or habit of procrastinating, or putting off or delaying, especially something requiring immediate attention.

Yes at times, well most of the time I have been known to procrastinate. I tend to wait till the last minute to get things done. For example: When Stan and I married, I wanted a church wedding with friends since I did not have that the first time. I made my wedding dress, but I finished it the day before we married. I think he was a little nervous; I on the other hand had no problem with it. I knew I would get it done; all I had to do was hem it.

What can I say I work better under pressure! I am better than I used to be on most things, but perhaps that is because I am married to the King of Procrastination. Lol.  We tend to keep each other in line and get the important things done.

until next time... nel

  1. I seem to have the same ailment as you! My hubs and I do not procrastinate on the same type of things so there can be a little finger-pointing around here. Ahem. Cute post.

  3. Another procrastinator over here! I can't even tell you how many all-nighters I pulled back when I was in graduate school. I finished my master's thesis mere hours before it was due. Ugh. I didn't learn my lesson, though--I'm still the same way. LOL

    Cute post!

  4. I procrastinate, as well. Badly. But trying to get a handle on it for my own sake.

  5. Ha-I just came from a P post on procrastination. Maybe I should take the hint and get back to cooking and cleaning for my neighborhood book club that's at my house in a few hours : )

  6. This is so funny because I always thought of myself as the Queen of Procrastination. I suppose we will have to share the crown!

  7. I'd love to see a pic of your wedding dress! I'm useless with a needle, my dress would've looked like the wedding of a cavewoman. =)

  8. I know sometimes I can't proscrastinate because if I don't get it done then, it may not get done because of everything on my plate, so to speak, that needs to be done. If I have something I need to get done, it keeps nagging at me so I have found it is better to go with the flow so to speak and do it without stressing out too much about it.

we're getting close to being done with this challenge!
