Today I am Thankful for Holiday Baking. I love the smell of pumkin bread and other treats baking. I am beginning to get thinks ready for our Thanksgiving Dinner on Saturday. Pumpkin Bread and a Pumpkin Roll are on the list for tonight, plus a hamburger casserole for supper. The pumpkin bread is a recipe my mom has made for years, and you actually bake it in 1 lb. metal coffee cans. It is a favorite in the family and it freezes really well also. My son-in-law loves it when we are in town cause I usually cook for all of us. A treat for them and one for me! Patt does the cooking at home. I love to cook! Yes I would think Holiday Baking is the best!

I remember seeing recipes where you cook it in coffee cans. Sounds kind of interesting! Pumpkin roll sounds interesting too, I'm trying to figure out what it could be like? Jelly roll?
