Giving Thanks - Day 3...

Today I am thankful for my other half, Stan.  He is my best friend, my soul mate and my lover all rolled into one.  You can't get much better than that. You know he has to be a special kind of guy to put up with me. 

Part of you have heard this story before, but the newbies have not.  We actually were friends at Yahoo Personals for awhile before we met in person.  I told him one weekend I would not be online because I was going with my cousin to Eureka Springs and his response was, "OK why don't I come and take you out for dinner.'  And my thoughts were, 'Oh my gosh what am I going to do now,' and I think I finally said OK sounds like fun.  And the rest is history...  we dated for almost a year and then married.

He has added so much to my life I cannot even begin to tell you everything.  He cares for my daughter and grandkids as his own and there is no way I can make you understand how much that means to me.  He enjoys spoiling me, I have to get after him about that sometimes.  But above everything else I am most thankful for his love and for being my companion!  I cannot imagine life without him!
